Education may be one of the only fields where the professional has to constantly defend best practices. Advocating for the children we care for can be frustrating when paired with the barrage of questions and comments from parents and other outsiders: “Do you just color all day?”, “When will my child be reading?”, “Where are the academics in this classroom?”

Join us in an interactive workshop designed to engage ECE professionals in a discussion that will refresh your knowledge of why play is crucial to development, and how to make the most of it.

Engage with other professionals as you work together to develop an “elevator speech” to promote our field as a respected profession.
