Blended Learning Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Training– American Red Cross
Infant, Child, Adult First Aid/CPR/AED will be covered in this training. The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED blended learning course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults children and infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA workplace or other regulatory requirements. This class is taught in a blended learning format and the online portion (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) must be completed prior to attending the Instructor-led skills session. Upon successful completion a valid 2 year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.
1. Please note: **We have moved: the in-person portion of this training will take place at The Buncombe Partnership for Children NEW LOCATION in downtown Asheville, at 53 Asheland Ave, Asheville, NC 28801 (across from the bus station)
2. Please note: Bring your own snack/lunch and drink.
REQUIREMENT: You must have access to a computer to complete this course. Completion of the online portion (with confirmation and proof of completion) is required to attend the in-person skills test.
Date: Online portion opens Friday, September 1st. In-person skills test Saturday, September 16th.
Time: Online portion is self-paced and can be completed on demand in between September 1st to September 16th and takes between 2.5-4 hours. In-person skills test will be September 1st from 10:00am-1:00pm.

Important: The in-person training will start on time and participants who arrive late and/or have not finished their online training with proof of completion will NOT be given credit for the class and no refund will be given. FAQs Is my registration transferable? Things happen! If for some reason you are unable to attend this training after you have registered, you may send someone in your place! Just be sure to let us know (training@buncombepfc.org).
What is the refund policy? Due to the high demand of CPR courses, we do not offer refunds for trainings, unless Buncombe Partnership for Children cancels the event. Instead, we do offer ‘credits’ that can be applied to future trainings you wish to attend. To receive credits for future training you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance . You are responsible for contacting us should you wish you transfer your credit to another training.
Can I pay with cash or check? If your organization must pay by check, please contact us at 828.407.2059 or training@buncombepfc.org. All checks are due 72 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We cannot accept cash.
I’m going to be running late. Can I still attend? Late participants will not be admitted. The participant is welcome to still attend, but credit and certification cannot be given.
