
Online- Directors Community of Practice
The purpose of this Community of Practice is to have dedicated space for directors to learn from and connect with each other around the issues most pressing to THEM. The topics of these 6 sessions(facilitated by Joshua McClure ) will be largely participant-directed. Some will be wide-open conversations where directors can pose questions and share resources. Some may include a “guest speaker” or a presentation to address specific questions that arose in previous sessions. Topics may include the latest COVID-19 guidance, HR issues, financial/business leadership, engaging with families, supporting and retaining teachers, etc.
You may “drop in” to sessions as you are able to attend. Registering is NOT a commitment to attend all sessions. Registration will add you to a list to receive brief notifications of upcoming session topics, and Zoom links and related materials. Attendance will be taken and credit hours awarded in May for any sessions attended.
Please note: This event takes place Online through Zoom. Internet access is required to participate. Sign up here to get the Zoom login information. A link will be sent to you prior to the first session so you can access Zoom to participate. We hope to see you there!

Meeting Dates: 6 Thursdays- 3/10, 3/24, 4/14, 4/28, 5/12 and 5/26, 2022
Time: First Thursday of the month meet 1pm to 2:00pm and the fourth Thursday of the month we will meet from 1pm-2:30p m
We will meet the second and fourth Thursdays through 5/26/2022.

Cost: Free
Credit: One contact hour will be awarded for each session attended, for a total of 8 possible credits. Certificates distributed at the end of the series (May, 2022).
